This curogan collar will serve you as a training supply and your indispensable friend in your fight for your dog’s good behavior.
This chain collar consists of a chain with 3.0 mm wire gauge and two O-rings. Due to the short links, this chain-type slides very well through the ring. So, you can quickly tighten the collar and immediately release it to get sharp correction. In such a way, your dog will quickly learn which behavior is appropriate.
This collar is made of curogan. It is a copper-tin-alloy with a high copper portion and some additives which make the material resistant to rust. There is no nickel, that is why these prongs avoid a discolouration of light haired dogs. A further advantage of curogan is that it doesn’t provoke allergic reactions and skin rashes. So, it is recommended for dogs with sensitive skin. In addition, a high copper portion gives the collar a brilliant color. However, it antiques and darkens over time with regular use (the original look can be easily restored with the use of a polishing paste).
This curogan collar is suitable for dogs with any fur hue and those canines who are reactive to nickel. This metal avoids a discoloration of light-haired dogs. However, some dogs (less than 10%) do react on curogan with a discoloration.
This chain collar comes in several sizes and will do for dogs with weight up to 99 lbs (45 kg). Please measure the length of your dog's neck circumference and add from 2 to 3 inches to determine an appropriate collar length. Measurements are made from the end of one ring to end of another ring. See the chart to find the size your dog needs.
